1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and dr777 (hereinafter "dr777", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://dr777.bet (hereinafter "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by dr777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

dr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a prominent notice on the Platform and update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

1.1 Governing Jurisdiction

The dr777 Platform is operated and maintained for the Bangladesh market. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise. All time references use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction applicable to the resolution mechanisms described in Section 6 of these Terms.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dr777 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register an account and use the dr777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own accord.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organised betting group.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with dr777 or any self-exclusion scheme.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any dr777 employee in a role related to platform operations, game integrity, or financial processing.
• You have not previously had an account closed by dr777 for reasons relating to fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

dr777 may at any time request documentary evidence of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, dr777 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and certain features of your account. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. dr777 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in any other jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. dr777 shall not be liable for any legal consequences you face as a result of accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of dr777 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free. The registration form requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one active dr777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dr777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform. Bonuses and winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.2 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. dr777 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other service, and enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — do not send login details via email). dr777 will investigate the report and may temporarily freeze your account pending the outcome.

3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. This includes your registered mobile number (used for 2FA and withdrawal verification), your email address, and your payment method details. Outdated information that causes a failed withdrawal or a missed security alert is not the liability of dr777.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

dr777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladesh bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available to the user.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on dr777 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although enhanced due-diligence checks may be triggered for large or unusually frequent deposits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your dr777 wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed. dr777 does not charge a fee for deposits made via local mobile wallets.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposited funds from a third party, is prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law. dr777 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within five minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before 6:00 p.m. Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. dr777 reserves the right to apply a minimum and maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per day, details of which are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering protocols.

4.3 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must contact our support team within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. dr777 will investigate and respond within five business days. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. Transaction records maintained by dr777 are considered accurate unless you can provide verifiable evidence to the contrary.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dr777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds awarded to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player is ineligible for a specific bonus if they have already claimed that bonus on another account, if their account is flagged for unusual betting patterns, or if the promotion specifies geographic or account-tier restrictions. dr777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, using automated scripts or bots to clear wagering requirements, and exploiting system errors or miscalculated odds. Where bonus abuse is identified, dr777 reserves the right to void all related bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the offending account without notice.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

dr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and by email to registered users where feasible. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash. No minimum purchase is required to receive a promotional offer unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other gaming products available on the dr777 Platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any product-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over general rules for that product only.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is not considered accepted until you have received a confirmation message from the Platform. dr777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published stake limits, bets placed after the start of a sporting event (in-play bets placed following an event outcome that was known to the player), or bets where the quoted odds were published due to a technical error.

6.2 Odds and Prices

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that will be applied to your wager regardless of subsequent market movement. In cases where odds are published due to a manifest error (a price clearly inconsistent with the true market), dr777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games, slot machines, and random number generator (RNG) games available on the dr777 Platform use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player, dr777, or the game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are displayed within the game information panel.

6.4 Crash Games and Provably Fair

Crash game titles on the dr777 Platform, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair technology. Each round's outcome is generated using a cryptographic seed that can be independently verified by the player after the round concludes. Instructions for verifying outcomes are available within the game interface. The provably fair mechanism does not affect the statistical nature of outcomes — it only provides transparency that no external manipulation has occurred.

6.5 Dispute Resolution for Gaming Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome was processed incorrectly, you must submit a dispute to our support team within 72 hours of the disputed round. Please include the game name, round ID (visible in your bet history), and a description of the issue. dr777 will review server logs and game provider records and provide a resolution within five business days. The outcome of this review is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dr777 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to launder money through casino play or sports betting activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted programs to place bets, clear bonuses, or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to dr777.
• Using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched-betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing dr777 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access to any other person.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

dr777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, that the account poses a financial or reputational risk to the Platform, or that continued operation of the account would violate any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your dr777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. If you are requesting account closure as a responsible gaming measure, please inform the support agent so that the account can be flagged for self-exclusion rather than simple closure — this ensures that you cannot reopen or create a new account during your intended break period.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all active bonus balances and unredeemed free spins will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method within five business days, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dr777 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending an investigation into the breach.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. dr777 will make reasonable attempts to contact dormant account holders via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. After the dormancy period, an administrative fee may be applied to the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account by logging in. Players who reactivate a dormant account remain bound by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of reactivation.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who close their account via the self-exclusion tool or request a self-exclusion through support will have their account permanently closed for the duration of the exclusion period. During this period, the player will not be contacted with any promotional communications. Requests to reopen an account under self-exclusion will not be actioned until the exclusion period has elapsed and a cooling-off evaluation has been completed. 8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dr777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of betting opportunities due to platform downtime, losses incurred as a result of reliance on odds that were published due to a technical error, and losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. dr777's total aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
